I have a Panasonic HDC-SD60K which produces MTS videos of high quality. What I am looking for is something that can convert MTS files into different formats for two purposes:

a) Play on Motorola Xoom and Acer A500

b) Edit on Adobe Premiere Pro 2 on my Lenovo
